Excludes all liabilities for damages arising out (when goods are in your hands, or your country customs hands) or in connection with your use of our website, this includes direct loss, loss of business or profit.

Payment:

·       Payment has to be done at all times in US dollars ( some cases Euros can be accepted).

·       We accept bank transfer as a payment method.  We will disclose the bank information upon generating payment voucher.

·       PayPal payments can only be accepted, when the total purchase is less than $5000.00 us dollars in which a 3.5% fee will apply for extra PayPal fee.

·       The payment has to be made immediately after receiving invoice.

·       We can secure your merchandise up to 7 days, a non refundable $1000.00 us dollars payment has to be made through PayPal or Bank transfer ( 3.5% apply to PayPal payments).

Delivery:

·       We use UPS express delivery and it takes approximately 1 to 3 business days, in some occasions may take longer ( it will depend on the address where it will be ship at).

·       We offer a second shipping option which is EMS express. USA deliveries will take up to 14 days while other countries may take up to 30 business days to deliver the package.

·       We will add the shipping fee to your purchase once the invoice is prepare. We do not have an specific amount, since it will depend on the country ,city, carrier service and rush options.

 

Risk of goods:

                  Customer whom purchase at our company agree to the following statements:

·       If the goods arrive damaged or broken, the loss is on the seller.

·       Risk of loss shifts from seller to buyer at the time that seller completes its delivery obligations.

·       If customs takes possession of the goods, then the buyer has the risk of loss, we advice our customers to call your local custom agency before buying any goods. Seller is not responsible for any customs fees.

 

Returns and customers acceptance:

  • When customer receive the merchandise and sign off, they are consenting merchandise is in good conditions and it is the correct merchandise. .
  • Customer will have the right to return the merchandise, if is not the same in the picture or you received the wrong merchandise.
    The goods has to be returned no longer than 36 hours after receiving it.
  • Customer will have to notify us, right away and provide us with a confirmation number from the carrier service that will return the goods.
  • In some cases  selected merchandises can be return, however, a 10% re- stocking fee will apply.

 

Termination of agreement and customer relationship:

If a customer’s change his/her mind while the funds are being transfer, we will returned the funds back, however, the incoming wire transfer fee and the outgoing transfer fee will be deducted from the funds transferred by the customer.

Customers have the right to terminate the business relationship between them  and the company at any time. However, if the decision is made due to an employee of our company being disrespectful in any manner: verbal, physical or psychological, or you feel harassed, please report the incident to our CEO Mr. Dawes Tejada at info@drfinejewels.com .

The company has the right to terminate any client business relationship with the company at any time with or without customer acknowledge.
